WHAT IS FINASTERIDE?<\/h3>\n

Finasteride<\/strong><\/a> is an alpha-5 reductase inhibitor, and what is alpha-5 reductase? it is an enzyme that transforms testosterone into dihydrotestoterone. Dihydrotestosterone or DHT is the hormone responsible for androgenic alopecia<\/strong><\/a>, the most common form of baldness; and other pathologies such as benign prostatic hyperplasia.<\/p>\n
